摘 要:目的:研究参附注射液对低位中枢、神经-肌接头和肌疲劳的影响。方法:记录蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位和腓肠肌收缩曲线,测定中枢、神经-肌接头和肌肉出现疲劳的时间。结果:2ml/kg和4ml/kg剂量的参附注射液能延缓中枢、神经—肌接头和肌肉的疲劳,增强肌肉的耐力,4ml/kg剂量比2ml/kg剂量的作用更强。结论:参附注射液能延缓中枢、神经-肌接头和肌肉的疲劳,增强肌肉的耐力。Objective: To study the effect of Shenfu injection on fatigue in lower nerve center, neuromuscular junction and muscle. Method: The action potential of sciatic trunk and the contractive tension of gastrocnemius muscle were recorded, and the time of fatigue in nerve centre, neuromuscular junction and muscle were measured after the injection of the drug. Results: The 2ml/kg and 4ml/kg dose of Shenfu injection could delay the time of fatigue in nerve center, neuromuscular junction and muscle. However the dose of 4ml/kg is found stronger than that of 2ml/kg. Conclusion: The Shenfu injection could apparently resist the fatigue in nerve center, neuromuscular junction and muscle.
