摘　　要：高温超导电缆监测与保护系统集保护、运行状态在线监测、正常与故障数据记录等诸多功能为一体,采用分层式结构形式。该文重点介绍了下层监测与保护单元的功能特点、硬件结构、基本保护策略和相关算法,并对软件的基本流程进行了系统说明。该装置已投入现场运行,取得了良好的运行效果。High temperature superconducting (HTS) cable′s monitoring and protection device integrates with several functions of monitoring, protection and fault recording. The device is composed of two units. This paper details the functional characteristic, hardware structure, basic protection scheme and relevant algorithms of under unit monitoring and protection unit. The basic flow chart of software is introuduced systematically as well. The device is running well as expectated in Puji transformer substation.
