摘  要:目的:通过敦煌石室大宝胶囊对衰老大鼠脑组织MAO B和Na+K+ATP酶活性的影响,探讨敦煌石室大宝胶囊延缓衰老的作用机理。方法:采用D-半乳糖颈后皮下注射的方法,造成亚急性衰老动物模型。将60只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、脑复康组、中药大宝(大、中、小)剂量组,分别对各组大鼠脑组织MAO B和Na+K+ATP酶活性进行检测。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织MAO B显著升高(P<0.01),Na+K+ATP酶活性显著下降(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,敦煌石室大宝胶囊可显著降低脑组织MAO B(P<0.01),显著升高Na+K+ATP酶活性(P<0.01)。结论:敦煌石室大宝胶囊具有调节脑细胞能量代谢和脑神经递质、保护脑细胞的功能。Objective: Through studied the effects of DunHuangshishi Dabao capsule(DHDB) on levels of MAO-B, Na^+-K^+-ATPase in brain tissue of senile rats, to investigate the mechanism of DHDB's antisenile function. Methods: Senile rats model was established by adopting the method that injected D-galactose subcutaneously in nape. 60 rats were divided into 6 groups randomly: normal group, model group, Naofukang (NFK) group, high dose of DHDB, middle dose of DHDB and low dose of DHDB. Then observed the effects of DHDB on levels of MAO-B, Na^+-K^+-ATPase in brain tissue. Results: In model group, Na^+-K^+-ATPase was much lower(P<0.01), MAO-B was much higher than those of normal group(P<0.01).Compared with model group, DHDB could not only obviously improve Na^+-K^+-ATPase (P<0.01),but also significantly decrease MAO-B in brain tissue of senile rats(P<0.01). Conclusion: DHDB has functions of adjusting the energy metabolism and neurotransmitter of brain tissue , and then proceed to protect brain cells.
