摘　　要：目的总结急性中毒呼吸衰竭时紧急气道开放及机械通气治疗体会。方法对38例急性中毒呼吸衰竭患者抢救时采用综合措施,紧急气道开放使用机械通气方法治疗。结果带机时间3h～10d,抢救成功率84.21%,其主要并发症为呼吸机相关肺炎,发生率为39.47%。结论紧急气道开放及机械通气治疗急性中毒致呼吸衰竭时成功率高,大大降低病死率。objective To evaluate the clinical value of emergency opening airway and treatment of respiratory failure by mechanical ventilation in acute poising. Methods 38 patients were treated by complex therapy, emergency opening airway and treatment of respiratory failure by mechanical ventilation in acute poising. Results Success rate was 84.21% with a therapeatic period from 3h to10d. Major complication was mechanical ventilator-associated pneumonia with an incidence of 39.47%. Conclusion Emergency opening airway and mechanical ventilation has a high rate of success in treatment of respiratory failure caused by acute poising and reduce mortality remarkably.
