摘　　要：随着我国网上银行的不断发展,原有的监管体系和监管体制已明显不适合。为了对网上银行进行有效控制,防止和化解金融体系的风险,重构我国的网上银行监管体系,加快相应改革的步伐成为当务之急,文章着重分析了我国当前对网上银行的监管存在的问题及原因,并提出了相应的监管对策。With continuous development of Internet banking in China,the old supervision system and regulation is obviously out of date. In order to quicken the efficient control over internet bank preventing and lower the risk of financial system,we should re-construct Chinese Internet bank supervision system to meet the need of reform. With analysis of current situation and problems,the writer proposed corresponding policy suggestions.
