摘　　要：孔板流量计用于天然气流量测量具有结构简单、使用寿命长、价格低等特点,因此是天然气计量的主要仪表。但传统孔板流量计存在测量范围窄、精度低以及在工况变化时需更换不同的孔板元件等缺点,近年来开发出了新型智能孔板流量计,对原有的孔板流量计做了以下改进:改进了流量测量范围的扩展方式,孔板元件与二次仪表一体化以及自动温压补偿。这种一体化、高精度、宽量比的新型智能孔板流量计,拥有补偿功能完善的流量计算机和强大的功能软件,使用维护更加方便。Orifice meter has the characteristics of simple structure, long usag e life and low price. But traditional orifice has the disadvantages of narrow me asuring range, low precision and parts replacement needed in different cases. I n recent years, kinds of new intelligent orifice meters have been developed. Th ese improved orifice meters, which equipped with flow computers of perfect comp ensation capacity and powerful softwares, are convenient to use and maintain.
