丁苯透明抗冲树脂与GPPS共混体系性能研究

摘　　要：以聚苯乙烯树脂GPPS为连续相 ,以丁苯透明抗冲树脂为分散相 ,对其共混合金体系进行了研究 ,找出共混体系的力学性能、光学性能、熔体流动性能和热性能的变化规律。按一定比例共混后的塑料合金与基体树脂GPPS比较 ,悬臂梁冲击强度提高 ,拉伸屈服强度下降 ,断裂伸长率增加 ,雾度在一定范围内有所上升 ,熔体流动速率MFR介于两纯组分之间 ,维卡软化点温度介于两纯组分之间。The fluctuation principle of mechanical properties, optical properties, melt flowing properties and heat properties for GPPS/SBC blend alloys were investigated. The results showed that as the addition of SBC increased, Izod strength, elongation and haze increased, tensile strength decreased in GPPS(matrix)/SBC(dispersed) blend system, the MFR and Vicat softening temperature of the compound were between pure GPPS and pure SBC.
