摘  要:用离体兔胸主动脉环实验.观察绞股蓝总皂甙(GPs)对电解krebs液、黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶及美蓝降低血管舒张功能的影响.结果表明GPs能保护血管内皮免受自由基损伤。In isolated rabbit thoracic aortae,we investigated the protective effect of gypenosides(GPs) on aortic damage induced by exogenous oxygen free radicals(OFR).The data showed that both electrolysed Krebs solution and xanthine-xanthine oxidase decreased the relaxation of the aortic rings induced by ACh.GPs(50mg·L-1) significantly protected the relaxing capacity of the aortic rings from OFR,so did catalase(25 mg· L-1).The protective effect was abolished by cyclooxgyenase inhibitor indomethacin(5 μmol· L-1).GPs also resisted the decrease of relaxation of the rings induced by methylene blue.
