摘 要:试验采用生化工艺处理高浓度抗生素废水。结果表明 ,水解酸化反应器最大COD容积负荷达到 1 6.84kg/(m3·d)。厌氧复合床处理水解酸化后的抗生素废水 ,当容积负荷为 6.0kg/(m3·d)时 ,反应器对SS、COD、BOD5 的去除率分别为 75.6%、91 .7%、96.1 % ;厌氧出水采用周期循环活性污泥系统进行处理 ,当容积负荷为 1 .6kg/(m3·d)时 ,反应器对SS、COD、BOD5 的去除率分别为 91 .6%、88.7%、95.4%。In this paper, hydrolysis acidification-anaerobic digestion process was used in treatment of high-concentrated antibiotic wastewater. The results showed that the maximum volumetric loading rate of the hydrolysis acidification reactor was 16.84 kg COD/m 3·d. A upflow anaerobic sludge blanket and a upflow blank filter were used with the same volume(62 L) for treatment of antibiotic wastewater, when the volume loading rate was 6.0 kg COD/m 3·d, the removal efficiency of SS,COD,BOD 5 were 67.4 %,85.1 %,91.2 % and 75.6 %,91.7 % ,96.1 % respectively. The results demonstrated that the upflow blanket filter was more efficient than anaerobic bioreactor. A biological contact oxidation process and a cyclic activated sludge system were used with the same volume(64 L) for treatment anaerobic bioreactors efflux, when the volume rate was 1.6 kg COD/m 3·d, the removal efficiency of SS,COD,BOD 5 were 87.9 %,85.1 %,92.8 % and 91.6 %,88.7 % ,95.4 % respectively. The results demonstrated that the cyclic activated sludge system was more efficient than aerobic bioreactor.
