摘 要:作者比较了大鼠在呼吸室内空气时及急性缺氧性肺动脉高压时支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中慢反应物质-A(SRS-A)的生物活性,以及汉防己甲素对SRS-A活性的影响。结果表明,呼吸室内空气大鼠BALF中未发现SRS-A活性;急性缺氧刺激使SRS-A活性明显增强;汉防己甲素(10-5mmol/L)可抑制SRS-A的活性。我们认为:大鼠急性缺氧性肺动脉高压的形成与肺内SRS-A合成增强有关;汉防己甲素降低缺氧性肺动脉高压作用的机理涉及时SRS-A活性的抑制。e compared the bioactivities of slow reaction substance-A(SRS-A)in broncheal alveolar lavagefluid (BALF) at in-room-air ventilation and hypoxic ventilation,The effects of tetrandrine(TET) onthe bioactivity of SRS-A were also observed.The results showed that during in-room-air ventilationthere was no SRS-A activity,whereas during hypoxic ventilation the bioactivity of SRS-Ain the BALFwas si gnificantly increased. Tetrandrine (1O-5mol/L)reversed and inhibited SRS-A bioactivity。We con-cluded that TET might be an effective SRS-A inhibitor and this action might be related with its anti-hy-pertensive effect on hypoxic pulmonary hypertension。
