高频通气在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用价值

摘　　要：作者在３５例低氧血症患者行纤维支气管镜检查时应用高频射流通气（ＨＦＪＶ），并观察术前、术中和术后患者动脉血气变化。结果提示：纤支镜检查时应用高频射流通气可使术中氧分压较术前明显提高（Ｐ＜０．０１），能在短时间内有效地改善病人缺氧状态，防止由于缺氧引起各种并发症。igh frequency jet ventilation(HFJV )was used in 35 patients with hypoxemia during fibropticbronchoscopy(FOB).The changes of arterial oxygen tension(PaO2 )were observed before, during andafter FOB respectively. The results showed that PaO2 during FOB was much higher than that beforeFOB (P < 0. 01)。HFJV not only increased PaO2 but also prevented complications induced by hypox- emia。
