中药抗感胶囊的抗病原微生物作用

摘　　要：对研制的中药抗感胶囊进行了抗病原微生物实验研究。结果表明抗感胶囊对呼吸道感染的致病微生物金黄色葡萄球菌、卡它球菌及肺炎双球菌等有较强的抑制作用；抗甲型流感病毒ＦＭ１株的作用亦较强。The antipathogenic microorganism effect of Chinese medicine Kang-Gan capsule was investigated. The results showed that the drug had stronger inhibitory effect on the pathogen ic microbes causing respiratory infections such as S. aureus,B. catarrhalis, S. Penumoniae and so on. The MIC of KGC to S. aureus is 62.5μg/ml;to B.catarrhalis is 26.60μg/ml;to S. pneumoniae is 31.25μg/ml. The influenza A viru FMl strain was significantly inhibited as well.
