循环流化床锅炉床下点火器燃烧事故分析及对策

摘　　要：针对运行中遇到的实际问题,结合循环流化床锅炉燃烧器的点火起动性,对典型的循环流化床锅炉燃烧器点火事故实例进行了分析探讨,提出了整改措施。运行实践证明这些措施能够有效防止循环流化床锅炉床下点火燃烧器事故的发生,对指导循环流化床锅炉床下点火器的设计、安装和运行有一定的指导意义。In combination with its start up performance,under bed igniting burner of CFB boiler,a typical failure of under bed igniting burner of CFB boiler in operation failure is analyzed,and then countermeasures are put forward.Field operation shows that these measures are practical in prevention against the igniting burner failure and have significance on the design,assembly and operation for under bed igniting burner of CFB boiler.
