论舆论监督的异地和延时现象

摘　　要：舆论监督的两个基本特点是"本土化"和"即时化",即舆论的本土监督和即时监督。但是,从舆论监督实际效果来看,存在一种显性错位,表现为"异地"和"延时"两种异化现象,一定程度上不利于新闻舆论监督功能的正常、有效发挥,只有舆论监督回归本土和即时,才能最大限度发挥监督功能,实现本土人民利益最大化。<Abstrcat> Two basic characteristics of supervision of public opinion are that 'localization' and 'immediatelization', namely, local supervision and immediate supervision of the public opinion.As to the actual effect of supervision of public opinion, there is however a kind of dominant misplaces, shown as two kinds of phenomena of alienation 'strange location' and 'behind time', which is unfavorable to producing normal and effective function in supervision of public opinion.Only by means of local and immediate supervision,can its function be brought into full play and thus the local people can be best benefited.
