川芎嗪对小鼠红细胞膜的影响

摘　　要：用荧光偏振、圆二色谱和准弹性光散射等实验技术研究了中药有效成分川芎嗪对小鼠红细胞膜的作用。川芎嗪能增大小鼠红细胞膜脂流动性、减少膜蛋白中α螺旋的含量、增加膜表面负电荷。膜表面负电荷的增加有助于血液的抗凝和解凝。The effect of active constituent Ligustrazine from Chinese medicinal herb on mouse erythrocyte membranes was studied by fluorescence polarization、circular dichroism(CD)and quazi─elastic light scatteringQELStechniquesThe results showed that Ligustrazine could increase the fluidity of lipid regions、decreace the percentage of α─helical of protein、increace quantity of surface negative charge of mouse erythrocyte membranes.An increace in quantity of surface negative charge of erythrocyte was helpful to anticoagulation and antihemaggutination.
