养正合剂在抗肿瘤治疗中的减毒作用

摘　　要：对养正合剂的升白作用和镇吐作用进行了研究。结果表明：用养正合剂按生药计１５，３０ｇ／ｋｇ给小鼠ｉｇ连续１０ｄ，对环磷酰胺引起的正常及Ｓ（１８０）肉瘤小鼠白细胞和骨髓ＤＮＡ含量的降低有显著的升高作用；亦能对抗（６０）Ｃｏγ照射正常小鼠导致的骨髓ＤＮＡ含量减少，但对白细胞降低无效；对化、放疗后的脾脏指数无显著影响。５，１０ｇ／ｋｇ养正合剂对顺铂所致的家鸽呕吐有一定的抑制作用。The leucogenic and antiemetic effects of Yang Zheng He Ji(YZHJ)were reported.The results showed that YZHJ at the dose of 15,30g/kg ig for 10 days, significantly increased the leucocyte count and amount of DNA of bone marrow in normal and S(180)-bering mice treated with cyclophosphamide,and also increased the amount of DNA of bone marrow but not leucocyte count in normal mice irradiated by(60)Co γ-ray. The index of spleen was not affected significantly by YZHJ after the treatment of cyclophosphamide and(60)Coγ.YZHJ at the dose of 5,10 g/kg po inhibited the vomiting reaction of pigeon induced by cisplatin effectively.
