养正合剂对实验性肿瘤的治疗作用

摘　　要：养正合剂（１５，３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）能显著抑制小鼠移植肉瘤１８０（Ｓ（１８０））、肝癌实体型（Ｈｅｐｅ）及艾氏腹水癌（ＥＡＣ）的生长，最高抑瘤率分别为４７．５％、４４．８％及４２．１％。养正合剂（１５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）与低剂量环磷酰胺合用，表现出明显抑制小鼠Ｓ（１８３）瘤的增效作用。养正合剂（１５，３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）显著升高Ｓ（１８０）小鼠的血清溶血素抗体的含量，３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ明显增强ＤＮＣＢ所致Ｓ（１８０）小鼠接触性皮炎。The effects of Yang zheng He Ji(YZHJ) on the tumor growth and immune function in tumor-bearing mice were examined. The results showed that inhibitory rate of YZHJ against S(180),EAC and Heps tumor reached 47.5%, 44.8% and 42.1%, respectively. Combined with YZHJ(15 g/kg,po), the growth inhibition rate of S(180)-tumor was superior to cyclophosphamine (Cy)alone.done. YZHJ(15g/kg,po)increased the inhibition rate of S(180)-tumor weight superior to Cy alone. YZHJ (15,30 g/kg, po)enhanced markedly the content of serum hemolysin antibody in tumor-bearing mice. In addition,YZHJ(30 g/kg, po)also strengthened remarkably the contact dermatitis induced by dinitrochlorobenzene(DNCB) in tumor-bearing mice.
