Conductivity Study on Interactions of C_(12)-s-C_(12)·2Br with C_m TXABr in Aqueous Solution

摘  要:同电性的季铵盐Gemini表面活性剂C12sC12·2Br(s=2,3,4,6)与烷基溴化铵CmTXABr在水溶液中生成了混合胶团,其行为接近理想混合,未出现协同效应(synergism)。C12sC12·2Br/C12TMABr混合体系胶团的临界胶团总浓度cmcT随s增大先增加,在s=4时出现相对最大值,然后略有下降,这种变化规律类似单组分C12sC12·2Br水溶液的胶团化行为。随着CmTMABr疏水链增长或C12TXABr季铵头基尺寸增大促进了它们与C122C12·2Br的混合胶团化,在等摩尔混合时的cmcT分别为1.30(s=2/C12TMABr)、1.25(s=2/C14TMABr)、0.96(s=2/C16TMABr)、1.27(s=2/C12TEABr)和1.21(s=2/C12TBABr)mmol/L。Quaternary ammonium Gemini surfactants(C_ 12-s-C_ 12·2Br)(s=2,3,4,6) and alkyl ammonium bromide(C_ mTXABr), both carrying positive charge on the head group, form mixed micelle in aqueous solution. The micellazation is close to ideal mixing and does not show synergism. In the mixed system of C_ 12-s-C_ 12·2Br/C_ 12TMABr, the critical mixed micell concentration(cmc_ T) gradually increases with the increase of the number of methylene(s) in the spacer from 2 to 4 and reaches a maximum at s=4, then the cmc_ T slightly decreases with s further increasing to 6, which is similar to the dependence of cmc on s in single component C_ 12-s-C_ 12·2Br aqueous solution. The mixed micellization is promoted with increasing the alkyl chain length of C_ mTMABr from 12 to 16 or the head-group size of C_ 12TXABr from three methyl to three propyl. In the mixed systems with equal mole ratio of C_ 12-2-C_ 12·2Br/C_ mTXABr, the cmc_ T′s were 1.30( s=2/C_ 12TMABr), 1.25(s=2/C_ 14TMABr), 0.96(s=2/C_ 16TMABr), 1.27(s=2/C_ 12TEABr) and 1.21( s=2/C_ 12TBABr) mmol/L, respectively.
