摘 要:通过成型胶砂试件和混凝土试件,对提高大掺量粉煤灰高性能混凝土早期强度的方法进行了试验研究.试验所用的GH矿粉是以炼铁厂的工业炉尘为基料、配以若干种具有互补性能的化工原料经特殊处理复合而成的混凝土掺和料,GH矿粉和粉煤灰的用量分别为胶凝材料总量的1000~1500和2000~6000.研究结果表明,用GH矿粉和Ⅱ级粉煤灰复合作为掺和料,可显著提高大掺量粉煤灰混凝土的强度,尤其是早期强度,其增强效果甚至优于硅灰.用240kg/m342.5级普通硅酸盐水泥、240kg/m3Ⅱ级粉煤灰和60kg/m3GH掺和料,配制出了28d强度为106MPa的高性能粉煤灰混凝土,并使混凝土成本显著降低.An experimental study on reinforcing strength of fly ash concrete by adding a composite mineral additive was presented. The GH additive was mainly composed of chimney dust collected from iron-smelting furnace and a few industrial chemicals. The amounts of the GH addtive and the fly ash(grade Ⅱ)were 100_050_0 and 200_0—600_0 of the total content of cementitious materials respectively.The results show that the early strength of concrete containing high volume of fly ash substantially increases,and a higher strength at 3 d is obtained by adding GH additive than that of the same amount of silica fume.With the concrete mixing of 240 kg/m3 of ordinary portland cement (OPC), 240 kg/m3 of fly ash and 60 kg/m3 of the GH mineral additive, a high performance fly ash concrete(R_ 28 =106 MPa)is achieved, and the concrete cost lowers significantly.
