摘 要:利用9个具有早世代稳定遗传特性的水稻品系和7个栽培稻作为主体亲本杂交配组,在130个组合F2群体963个株系中,发现28个组合中出现73个稳定株系。遗传分析表明水稻早世代稳定既不是质量性状遗传也不是数量性状遗传,是按株群分离的遗传方式,出现稳定株系的组合F1群体发生了分离,F2群体中既有性状不分离的稳定株系又有孟德尔式的分离株系。选用168对SSR引物对其中32个稳定株系及同组合中的分离株系进行了标记分析,选用了26个ISSR引物对8个稳定株系和分离株系进行标记,结果表明,稳定株系F2、F3及其F1单株具有一致的SSR标记,都是纯合的,且双亲的标记都出现在后代,其标记位点在后代的染色体上同时出现;F2分离株系及F1单株的分子标记表现为杂合。大部分早世代稳定株系在RM276、RM258、RM248、RM1等标记位点都高频率地出现非父母标记带型。ISSR标记稳定株系时,有时出现母本带,父本带消失;有时出现双亲部分标记带型组合;有时出现非父、母带型。推测水稻早世代稳定是在遗传因子作用下,在杂交受精或合子早期发育中发生了双亲染色体重排,形成纯合的F1单株。73 stable strains with uniform agronomic traits in 28 combinations were found among 963 strains in F_2 populations of 130 hybrid combinations between 9 varieties with early stable traits and 7 cultivars in rice. Genetic analyses showed that early stability in rice was inherited neither as qualitative character nor as quantitative character;and presented a special genetic phenomenon,i.e. there were uniform agronomic characters in stable strains and also of characters according as Mendel's regularity in F_2 population of the same combination. 32 strains with early stable traits and the segregated strains in the same combination were marked by 168 pairs of SSR primers,and 8 stable strains and segregated strains were also marked by 26 ISSR primers. The results showed that F_2 population of stable strains and its F_1 single plant were of the same SSR markers,and the stable strains all were homozygous. The parents' marker bands were found in their progeny. The marker loci of parents were simultaneously presented in their progeny's chromosomes. The molecular markers of F_2 population of segregating strains and those of its F_1 single plant showed that the segregating strains were heterzygous. Non-parents SSR marker bands were observed in RM276,RM258,RM248 and RM1 sites of the most of stable strains. 4 types marker-bands were obtained after the F_2 uniform strains were marked by 30 ISSR primers. Firstly,maternal marker bands presented,and paternal marker bands absented;secondly,paternal marker bands presented,and maternal marker bands absented;thirdly,parts of maternal and paternal marker bands presented,and the others absented;finally,new recombined marker bands appeared,and all maternal and paternal marker bands absented. These findings support the hypothesis that there should be a genetic factor to control the DNA recombination of parents during crossing fecundation or embryonic development,and F_1 plant of early stable strains was homozygous in rice.
