摘　　要：随着我国加入WTO,律师行业的整体素质和竞争力急待提高,这首先要求从源头上加以限制,即对取得律师从业资格的条件和方式予以规范。而我国受历史和实践的影响,现行的律师从业资格取得制度并不能起到源头的过滤挑选作用,因而有必要借鉴国外的相关做法,完善我国的律师从业资格取得制度。The total quality and competive ability in the profession of lawyer need improving after China being a member of WTO, which firstly means limiting from the beginning ,that is, standardizing the conditions and ways to obtain lawer qualifications. However, the current system of obtaining lawyer qualifications can't be made use of because of the affection of history and practice.Therefore, we should make it better on the base of learning from foreign countries.
