摘　　要：研究丹皮总甙（ＴＧＭ）对四氯化碳和乙醇引起的小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的保护作用。用ＣＣｌ４１６０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１．乙醇５ｇ·ｋｇ－１造成小鼠急性肝脏损伤模型．ＴＧＭ２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１可明显抑制血清ＳＧＰＴ升高和脂质过氧化物的产生。实验中还发现ＴＧＭ能使动物体重增长缓慢。The preventive and therapeutic effects of TGM on liver injury produced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4)and ethanol in mice were studied.TGM 20 mg·kg-1 could significantly inhibit the elevation of lipid peroxides in liver and the elevation of SGPT in serum of mice injuried by CCl4 160 mg·kg-1 and ethanol 5 g·kg-1. It was also found that TGM inhibit the weight increase of mice in our experiment.
