摘  要:从一严重感染、经多种抗生素治疗无效而死亡病人的肺部分离到一株多重耐药物性的大肠杆菌。这株菌对头孢哌酮及其它几种抗生素高度耐药。通过对此菌进行染色体原位电泳、转化实验、限制性内切酶谱分析及MIC值的测定.从此菌中分离出四个具有不同分子量及耐药性的质粒。其中三个质粒都对头孢哌酮表现高水平的耐药性;三个质粒对β-内酰胺类抗生素与β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的复合制剂也耐药。提示:此大肠杆菌对多种抗生素的耐药性是由质粒介导的。对其中二个质粒构建了其DNA物理图谱。A multiresistant E.coli strain exhibiting high-level resistance to cefoperazone(CPZ)and other antibiotics was isolated from the lung of a serious patient after death from failure in antibiotics treatment. By means of in situ electrophoresis chromosome,transformation, restriction map analysis and measurement of MIC,4 plasmids with different molecular weights and resistance to drugs obtained from the strain.3 of 4 plasmids exhibited high-level CPZ resistance and 3 plasmids also resisted to β-lactam antibiotics in combination with β-lactamase inhibitors(ie clavulanic acids and sulbactam).It suggest that the resistance of the strain tomany antibiotics was mediated by plasmids. 2plasmids DNA physical maps were established.
