摘 要:研究尼群地平(Nit)对实验性糖尿病大鼠心肌舒缩功能、心肌琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)和细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)活性及血脂水平的影响。结果表明,诱发糖尿病8Wk的大鼠心室舒张和收缩功能均明显受损。口服Nit30mg·kg-1可改善糖尿病大鼠心室舒张和收缩性能。糖尿病大鼠心肌SDH和CCO活性较对照大鼠明显下降,糖尿病大鼠接受Nit30mg·kg-1.po.可显著恢复这些酶的活性。Nit处理对糖尿病大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和β脂蛋白含量无明显影响。研究结果提示.Nit处理对大鼠糖尿病性心肌病心肌功能的恢复是有益的。In the present study, we investigated the effects of nitrendipine(Nit)on myocardial contractility,myocardial succinate dehydrogenase(SHD),cytochrome oxidase(CCO)activities and blood lipid content in diabetic rats made by an injection of streptozotocin ( 65 mg· kg-1).The results showed that both ventricular diastolic and systolic functions were obviously injured in rats 8 wk after induced diabetes. These changes were sighsficantly impraed in diabe tie but were improved after receiving Nit(30 mg·kg-1)treatment.The myocardial SDH and CCO activities in diabetic animals were markedy lower than those of controls.The attenuation of these enzyme activities in diabetic rats was significantly reversed by administration of Nit.The levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and β-lipoprotein were not markedly affected in Nit- treated diabetic rats. These findings suggest that Nit treatment may exhibit some beneficial effects on diabetic cardiomyopathy.
