摘　　要：３，４－二氯苯丙烯酰另丁胺（７９０３）是一种新的桂皮酰胺类抗惊药，本实验研究了７９０３对γ－氨基丁酸摄取与释放过程的影响，结果发现７９０３对小鼠脑勺浆、突触体及原代培养的胚鼠大脑皮层神经细胞的γ－氨基丁酸的摄取过程无明显影响，而７９０３在１０－４、１０－５ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１浓度时，可明显促进小鼠脑实触体和原代培养的胚鼠大脑皮层神经细胞γ－氨基丁酸的释放。dichlorophenyl-propenoyl-see-butylamine(7903),a new derivative of cinnamamides,is an effective antiepileptic drug. The results showed that 7903 has no effecton uptake of GABA by homogenates,synaptosomes of mice cerebrum and cultured neurons of cerebral cortex,but 7903 can facilitate GABA release from synaptosomes and cultured neurons of cerebral cortex at the concentration 0.1mmol·L-1 and 0.01 mmol·L-1.
