针刺“头三神”穴为主治疗血管性痴呆疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察“头三神”穴为主综合治疗血管性痴呆(VD)的疗效。方法　将61例VD患者随机分成观察组31例,进行“头三神”穴为主的针刺治疗,同时口服喜德镇等常规药物;单纯药物治疗30例为对照组。治疗前后进行HDS R、MMSE、ADL康复评分。结果　观察组能够提高血管性痴呆患者的HDS R、MMSE、ADL的评分,临床总有效率为80. 6%,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0. 05)。结论　以针刺“头三神”穴为主综合治疗VD,可改善患者的智能水平,康复生活自理能力,疗效优于单纯药物治疗。Objective To investigate the efficacy of composite treatment of vascular dementia (VD) with points “Tousanshen” acupuncture as a main therapy.Method Sixty-one patients were randomly divided into an observation group of 31 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The observation group was treated wih points “Tousanshen” acupuncture as a mian therapy plus routine oral medicines including dihydrocergotoxine. The control group was treated with simple medicine. HDS-R, MMSE and ADL scores were evaluated before and after treatment. Results HDS-R, MMSE and ADL scores were increased and the response rate was 80.6% in them between the observation and control groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Composite treatment of VD with points “Tousanshen” acupuncture as a main therapy can improve the patients’ intelligence and restore their ability in life self-care, and produce a better effect than simple medication.
