摘 要:现代制造技术朝着大规模集成和高自动化的方向发展,它要求数控机床能长期无故障的运行.为了减少开放式数控系统故障发生的可能性及解决故障发生时修复的快速性等问题,从分析开放式数控故障诊断的必要性入手,介绍了用于构建开放式数控各功能模块的软件芯片技术特点,提出具有故障诊断功能的NC软件芯片,在此基础上构建了开放式数控分布式故障诊断系统.此故障诊断系统即可作为开放式数控的功能模块,功能扩充后又可作为独立的故障诊断系统.Nowadays, manufacture technology is focused on large-scale integration and high automation, which demands that CNC system run without faults. To reduce the amount of open architecture CNC faults and get rid of the faults as fast as possible, characteristics of Soft IC were introduced in the paper. Soft IC with the function of fault diagnosis was brought forward, and also logic chart of open architecture NC using the soft IC was constructed. With such technology an open architecture CNC distributed fault diagnosis (system) was constructed. It works not only as sub-function module of open architecture CNC but also as (independence) fault diagnosis system. This distributed fault diagnosis system has high important theoretical and practical significance.
