用CAXA三维电子图板实现减速器装配和出图

摘　　要：国产绘图软件CAXA三维电子图板V2主要包含零件设计、装配设计和工程图三大模块,并按零件实体造型、部件装配、工程图输出的步骤进行机械产品设计.通过对减速器部件设计发现,软件在处理典型零部件实体造型设计中具有简捷、实用等特点,找出一些实用简便的建模方法和技巧,指出一些亟待解决的问题,如子装配体的剖切图、爆炸图处理缺陷问题,三维立体图与二维工程图相脱节问题等.The domestic software CAXA 3D electronic drawing board V2 is composed of three parts: design of models, design of assembling and engineering drawing. The design process is performed in the order of model 3D shaping, parts assembling and the output of engineering drawing. By this software it is easily and practically to deal with the model 3D shape of the typical parts, which can be concluded in the design of (reducer) model. This paper focuses on some designing tips, problems to be solved urgently such as the (sectional) views of subsidiary assembly solids, the defect of decomposed drawings processing and the (disconnection) between 2D and 3D engineering drawing. Such work will provide references for the users and (software developers.)
