摘  要:制备了3种酯化度不同的硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯季铵盐,研究了其柔软性、生物降解性及对织物白度的影响等,并与双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵(D1821)进行了比较。结果表明:酯基季铵盐(EQ)的生物降解性均优于D1821;硬脂酸乙酯基双羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵和双硬脂酸乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵的柔软性和D1821相当,三硬脂酸乙酯基甲基硫酸甲酯铵的柔软性很差;D1821对织物白度有较大的影响,而酯基季铵盐对织物白度的影响不大。<Abstrcat>Three stearic acid triethanolamine esterquats with the different number of ester chain attached on nitrogen atom were synthesized and tested for softening,biodegradation and effect on fabric whiteness.These performances were compared with D1821 that used to prepare fabric softener.The results show that biodegradation of esterquats are better than that of D1821.The softening of monoesterquat and diesterquat is comparable with that of D1821,but triesterquat is by far the worst of the esterquat in softening.D1821 has a remarkable adverse effect on fabric whiteness as opposed to esterquats.
