摘  要:采用V(乙醇)∶V(水)为1∶1的溶剂,在室温下进行了120种植物的萃取,并测定萃取液在250nm~400nm的紫外吸收光谱,选出了对中、长波紫外线有较好吸收的18种花卉、7种草药和3种叶类植物。结果表明:花卉类萃取液在中、长波紫外区多数有较强吸收,其他类植物萃取液仅少数有中强吸收。其中槐米、黄蜀葵和金凤菊3种花卉萃取液在全波段均有较好吸收,具有广谱防晒作用;姜黄萃取液在320nm~400nm吸光度随波长增加而增大,可以考虑与花卉类萃取液进行复配,以提高防晒剂在UVA长波区的防护性能。<Abstrcat>One hundred and twenty kinds of plant extracts were obtained by extraction with V(C_2H_5OH)∶V(H_2O)=1∶1 as solvent under room temperature.The ultraviolet absorbance spectrograms in 250 nm~400 nm were measured.Eighteen kinds of flowers,seven kinds of herbs and three kinds of leaves were found to be with rather good absorption for UV.Experiment results show that most flower extracts have better absorption than the other plant extracts for UVB and UVA.Among them,pagodatree flower,abelmoschus manihot and jinfengju extracts have good absorption in the whole range of UV spectra and can be used as ultraviolet absorbents with a wide spectra.The absorbance of curcuma longa extract increases with longer wavelength in 320 nm~400 nm,and can be blended with flower extracts in order to enhance the protective performance in UVA.
