摘  要:采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定经微波消解后化妆品中的铅。通过实验找出较佳分析条件,得出方法的线性范围0~100μg/L,相关系数r=0 9995,RSD为2 8%,回收率:眼影98 3%~104 6%;粉饼97 9%~105 8%。<Abstrcat>Lead content in cosmetics was determined by measurement of fluorescence spectrum generated from lead hydride, which is contained in cosmetics that has been digested by microwave.Through laboratory experimental work, the suitable sample preparation and determination process as well as the analysis conditions was developed. Linearity range of the measurement results is 0~100 μg/L. The correlation coefficient is 0.999 5, with RSD 2.8 %. The recovery is 98.3 %~104.6 % for eye shadow and 97.9 %~105.8 % for compact make-up.
