摘　　要：葡甲胺环腺苷酸对凝血酶诱导的人血小板胞浆游离钙浓度变化的影响陆志强，王道生，赵升皓（苏州医学院药理教研室，苏州２１５００７）葡甲胺环腺苷酸（ｍｅｇｌｕｍｉｎｅｃｙｃｌｉｃａｄｅｎｙｌａｔｅ，ＭＣＡ）是环腺苷酸（ｃＡＭＰ）与葡甲胺结合而成的ｃＡＭＰ类衍...The effect of meglumine cyclicadenyate(MCA)on the thrombin induced cytosolicfree Ca2+transients in human platelets, comparedwith exogenous cAMP, was observed by Quin 2 meth-od. The thrombin-induced [Ca2+]i rise can be inhibitedby MCA in a dose-dependent manner(5-50 umol·L-1)but strengthened by exogenous cAMP Theresults suggest that MCA can prevent the activation ofplatelet by way of modulation of the second messengersystem, such as Ca2+ and cAMP level,therefore it is abeneficial action of MCA to the cardiovascular svstem
