摘　　要：三硝基甲苯在大鼠睾丸Ｌｅｙｄｉｇ细胞和Ｓｅｒｔｏｌｉ细胞内的还原活化及其脂质过氧化作用崔京伟，赵春艳，叶康平，施丽琼，尹宏，常元勋，江泉观（北京医科大学劳动卫生教研室，北京１０００８３；云南省红河自治州卫生防疫站，红河６５４４００）三硝基甲苯（ｔｒｉ...The formation of superoxide radical(O2)and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)and the level oflipid peroxidation were determined in Leydig cells andsertoli cells incubated with different concentrations oftrinitrotoluene (TNT) in vilro, respectively The resultsshow that the contents of O2 and H2O2 and the prod-uct of lipid peroxidation in the Leydig cell incubationsystem containing TNT are higher than those of con-trol(P<0.01)The study indicates that TNT is reductivcly acti-vated and induces lipid peroxidation in Leydig cells,bul does not in Sertoli cells.
