烷苯聚醇醚避孕药膜对大鼠的致癌性

摘　　要：本文报告了女性外用避孕药膜主要成分烷苯聚醇醚（ＡＰＰＥＥ）致癌性的研究。ＴＲ２大鼠，每周局部放置药膜１次，连续给药１ａ，共观察２ａ．ＡＰＰＥＥ１１，３３和１００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１组，阴道及宫体部位的恶性肿瘤发生率分别为２．０％，６．０％及１７．４％，后者与对照组相比．差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）．非阴道及宫体部位的恶性肿瘤发生率分别为１０．２％，１０．０％及２１．７％。１００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１组与对照组相比差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）．实验结果表明：长期应用ＡＰＰＥＥ避孕药膜除对大鼠阴道及宫体用药局部有致癌作用外，不能完全排除对全身的致癌性．The carcinogenicity of the contra-ceptive film containing alkylphenoxypolyethoxye一thanol(APPEE)used externally was studied in rats.Rats were locally adminis tered with APPE E for a year then were kept under observation for ano ther year.The ma-lignant tumor occurrences of the vagina and uterus are 0,2.0%。6.0%。and 17.0% for control, APPEE 11,33 and 100 mg·kg-1 groups,respectively.Correlation exists between the rate and dosage,The malignant tumoroccurrences of all the other organs,beside the vagina anduterus,were 9.2%,10.2%,100%,and 21.7%respectively.There were significant statistical differences between APPEE 100 mg·kg-1 group and control,excipient polyvinyl alcohol or mechanical stimulusgroup。
