摘　　要：随着计算机网络的迅速发展,信息安全问题面临新的挑战.电力系统信息安全问题已威胁到电力系统的安全、稳定、优质和经济运行等方面,影响着“数字电力系统”的实现进程.研究电力系统信息安全问题、开发相应的应用系统、制定信息安全的防范与系统恢复措施是当前信息化工作的重要内容.With the rapid development of computer network, information security is now facing new challenge. Not only does the information security of electric power threaten the security,stability, high quality and economical function, but also influences the realization of digital electric power system. Therefore, researches have been brought into the following areas such as the information security of electric power, developing corresponding application system,instituting the measure for information security and system restoration.
