摘　　要：甘草酸单铵对内毒素诱发支气管高反应性的预防作用陈剑雄，曹永舒（衡阳医学院药理教研室，衡阳４２１００１；河南医科大学药理教研室，郑州４５００５２）呼吸道感染是诱发或加剧支气管高反应性形成的重要因素，内毒素作为致病原可诱发支气管高反应性产生，其产生机理与...Four days after endotoxin 1.0 mg·kg-1 intraperitoneal injection,the latent periods of on-set of asthma in guinea pigs inhaled histamine(His)and pD2 value of isoprenaline hydrochloride(Iso)were decreased,meanwhile pD2 value of His and Hislevels of lung tissue and plasma were increasedsignificantly.Ammonium glycyrrhizanate 50 mg.kg.d-1 ip x 4 inhibited the effect of endotoxin andincreased cortisol levels of serum.The results indicatedthat ammonium glycyrrhizanate could preventbacterial infectioninduced bronchial hyperreactivity.
