淫羊藿多糖对叠氮胸苷抑制小鼠造血和免疫功能的对抗作用

摘　　要：给小鼠叠氮胸苷８０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１×８ｄ，其外周血白细胞数目，骨髓造血干细胞和粒单系祖细胞数量，脾淋巴细胞增殖和产生白介素２的能力显著降低。同时给予淫羊藿多糖１０和２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１×３ｄ，上述叠氮胸苷的毒副作用可部分或全部消失，提示淫羊藿多糖可以减少叠氮胸苷的毒副反应．With azidothymidine(AZT)intravenous injection(80 mg·k-1·d-1×8d)intomice,the peripheral white blood cells,the colony form-ing unit-spleen and colony forming unit-granu-locyte/macrophage of bone marrow were remarkablydecreased,asw;ll as the proliferation of splenocytesand I L-2 production. As E.Epimedium polysaccharide(EPS,10 and 20 mg·kg-1·d-1×8d)was injected dur-ing AZT injection,the above toxic effects were partlyor wholly eliminated,the function of hemopoiesis andimmune function were kept normal.These resultsprompted that EPS is able to increase the body resist-ance to the side action of AZT.
