摘　　要：介绍了高炉物料厚度探测方法和变频器调节原理,以及基于Profibus-DP网的控制系统构成和组态。简述了西门子S7-300PLC与变频器通讯编程过程的PID调节配置方法。In this text, the probe methods of the blast furnace material's thickness and the principle of the transducer's modulation are introduced, and this text also introduces the constitution and the configuration of the control system based on Profibus-DP net. Besides, the communication program process between Siemens S7-300PLC and the transducer and modulate configuration method of PID has been given a description in brief.
