经眉切口眶上锁孔治疗额部硬膜外血肿13例

摘　　要：目的探讨额部硬膜外血肿的微创治疗。方法采用经眉切口眶上锁孔清除额部硬膜外血肿13例。若血肿有较明显的残存,加尿激酶1～2u灌注引流。结果13例均痊愈出院,无再次开颅手术病人。结论经眉切口眶上锁孔清除额部硬膜外血肿,具有微创、安全、有效,患者经济负担轻,手术后恢复快等优点。Objective To study the microneurosurgery of frontal extradura hemorrhage removal.Methods Trans-supraorbital keyhole approach applied to 13 patients with the frontal extradura hemorrhage. 1-2u urokinase was perfuse past-operative through drain when there was some hemorrhage residue.Results Thirteen cases were complete recovered; no one was accepting the second surgery.Conclusion Trans-supraorbital keyhole approaches to remove the frontal extradura hemorrhage was proved its microinvased, safety, effects and better recover, also relief the economic pressure of patients.
