摘　　要：目的:探讨徒手针刺操作方法的弊端,规范针刺操作规程,控制医院感染的发生,保障患者和医务人员的安全。方法:通过观察和分析针灸医师手卫生现状和穴位消毒现状,结合临床实际,提出规范化操作方案。结果:调查发现医务人员常忽视无菌技术和侵入性操作前洗手,手带菌率高,针刺操作规范化势在必行。结论:在人口流动量逐渐增大,感染性疾病进入快速增长的今天,规范化针刺操作是控制血源性疾病医院感染的重要措施,也是针灸事业进一步发展的需要。Objective:To probe into drawback of bare-handed acupuncture manipulation methods,normalize rules of operation for acupuncture,control infection of hospital,protect safety of patients and medical and nursing personnel.Methods:Methods of normative manipulation were proposed through analyzing and observing present situation of hand hygiene in the medical personnel and disinfection of point in combination with clinical practice.Results:Investigation found that the medical personnel negiected aseptic technology in general and hand-washing before an invasion of disease,and the bacteria-bearing rate of the hand was high,so normative acupuncture manipulation is imperative.Conclusion:Nomative acupuncture manipulation are significant to control hospital infection efrectively,and adapted to the development of acupuncture therapy.
