摘　　要：目的:水平钢丝“8”字固定治疗肩锁节的Ⅱ～Ⅲ度脱位。方法:从锁骨的肩峰端由前向后穿入0.8mm钢丝,在其远端上面“8”字交叉后,于肩峰由前向后穿出拧紧,对肩锁关节形成水平面上的捆扎固定。结果:此方法对Ⅱ～Ⅲ度的肩锁关节脱位固定可靠,无并发症。结论:该方法较其它方法简单实用,更适合于基层医院开展。Objective:To discuss the fixation of “∞' shape horizontal steel-wiring for the dislocation of acromioclavicular joint.Methods:From 2002 to 2004,32 cases dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were fixed by “8'shape horizontal steel-wiring.Results:All the cases were followed up and it was found that the function of the acromioclavicular joint was recovered with no complication and sequelae.Conclusion:All the cases were followed up and it was found that the function of the acromioclavicular joint was recovered with no complication and sequelae.
