学龄前儿童皮肤真菌病116例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:了解学前儿童皮肤真菌病的发病情况及临床特点。方法:取皮损处鳞屑、毛发或分泌物直接镜检并同时接种于含0.125%氯霉素葡萄糖蛋白胨琼脂培养基,置于25-28℃恒温箱内培养一周后观察结果。结果:116例共培养出9种致病菌,其中以红色毛癣菌为最多,其次为须癣毛癣菌和含珠菌。结论:本地区学龄前儿童皮肤真菌病以体癣为最多见。皮肤浅部真菌感染则以红色毛癣菌为多,其次为须癣菌。Objective:To understand the situation and clinical characteristic of the preschool children about dermophytosis.Methods:Take the scales on the skin rash,hair or secretion,directly do the microsopy and vaccination them on the medium with 0.125% chloramphenicol glucose peptone agar,and lay them in the 25-28℃ thermostal.After a week to observe the results.Results:Altogether had cultured ninespecies of pathogen.The red trichophyton is most,then is trichophyton and oidiomycetes.Conclusion:On this region the dermophytosis about the preschool chidren is mainly tinea corporis.The superficial dermophytosis is mainly infected by the red trichophyton,the by the trichophyton.
