摘　　要：利用ＧＣ－ＭＳ联用方法对薤挥发油成分进行了分析，鉴定了１７种化合物，其中１６种为合成化合物。主要成分为二甲基三硫和甲基烯丙基三硫，含量分别为１９．８２％和２３．０６％，后者对血小板聚集有强烈抑制作用。Further study gave out the content of the volatiole oil in the fresh bulbs of Allium chinense G.Don by using the GC-MS technique.Seventeen compounds have been identified on the basis of mass spectrograph analysis.Of them sixteen are sulfur-containing compounds.This oil was characterized by large quantities of dimethyl trisulfide(19.82%) and methyl allyl trisulfide(23.06%),the latter was potent in inhibiting platelet aggregation.
