摘　　要：目的探讨Pilon骨折最佳治疗方案。方法对我院1996～2004年采用May解剖型钢板治疗的36例Pilon骨折病例进行回顾性分析。结果按照Bourne标准,总有效率为88.8%,手术实施越早,踝关节功能恢复越好。结论May解剖型钢板治疗Pilon骨折是一种较为理想的固定材料;对Pilon骨折患者,应尽早手术。Objective: To explore the best therapy method of Pilon fractures. Methods:To analyse retrospectively 36 cases of Pilon fractures which were operated with May anatomic plates.Results:88.8% of all cases were effective,the function was related to operating time,the earlier operations were conducted,the better the function of anklebone resumed.Conclusion:May anatomic plates is an ideal material for treatmeat of Pilon fractures,and the patients should be operated early.
