中药抗衰灵抗衰老作用的药理学研究

摘　　要：给幼龄及中老龄果蝇、小鼠、大鼠服用抗衰老药物抗衰灵，服药期１５～９０ｄ不等。观察发现：（１）服药组果蝇寿命较对照组延寿幅度增加３７％左右，最高寿命延长７～１４ｄ；（２）抗衰灵能提高果蝇和老龄小鼠的交配率；（３）抗衰灵能增强果蝇和小鼠的抗饥饿能力；（４）抗衰灵有提高大鼠胸腺和脾脏中ｃＡＭＰ含量的作用。Kang shuai ling is an antiageing drug of Chinese traditional medicine ,made of gin-seng root,lycium fruit,Cratagus fruit/Schizandra fruit,Polygonatum rhizome,and Astragalusroot.It was found that(1)the age of fruit flies of the test group was lengthened to 137%vs thecontrol(100%);(2)the sexual fuction of fruit flies and mice was promoted significantly;(3)an-tihungry ability of fruit flies(after feeding 145 days)and mice(after feeding 60 days)wasstrengthened;(4)the cAMP Ievel in the thymus gland and spleen of rats of the test group afterfeeding 90 days was 2.642 ± 0.5522 pmol/mg and 2.3431 ± 0.3602 pmol/mg respectively andthose of the control group were 0.6735±0.1031 pmol/mg and 0.8629±0.1360 pmol/mg respec-tivilis.
