低抗凝肝素来源低分子肝素的研制及药代动力学

摘　　要：以低抗凝肝素为来源，按生产要求设计工艺，制备了平均分子量为６０００ｄ的低分子肝素，测定了其理化指标、抗凝效价和抗ＦＸａ活性，研究了其抗血栓形成作用和药代动力学。结果表明，该低分子肝素具有较强的抗ＦＸａ活性和抗血栓形成作用，体内生物半衰期长。A low molecular weight heparin(LMWH )with an average molecular weight of6000d was prepared by an established procedure. Its physical and chemical parameters,anticoagu-lant activity and anti-FXa activity were determined.The antithrombotic activity and pharma-cokinetics of the LMWH were also studied.The results showed that the product possessedstronger anti-FXa activity,antithrombotic activity,and longer biological half-life in vivo than thatof heparin.
