独一味抗肿瘤活性成分的体外筛选

摘　　要：目的:筛选藏药独一味的抗肿瘤活性成分。方法:应用溶剂萃取法、聚酰胺色谱柱和大孔吸附树脂柱结合的方法分离独一味乙醇提取物(P0),得到独一味挥发油(P1),独一味总黄酮(P2),独一味环烯醚萜苷(P3),大极性成分(P4),MTT法测定了各类成分的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果:独一味挥发油P1部分对体外培养的人胃癌细胞SGC-7901、人肝癌细胞BEL-7402和人白血病细胞HL-60的增殖表现出较强的抑制作用,IC50分别为78.25,113.25和121.00(μg/ml),而P2、P3和P4部分则未显示明显的活性。结论:独一味挥发油类成分是其抗肿瘤活性成分。Objective:To screen the effective antitumor components of Herba Lamiophlomis Rotata . Methods: Aetherolea(P1),total flavones(P2), total secoiridoid glycoside(P3) and maximus polarity components(P4) of Herba Lamiophlomis Rotata were obtained from its ethanol extracts(P0) by using solvent extraction,polymide column and macroreticular resin column.-Vitro- antitumor effects of these components were screened. Results:Aetherolea(P1) could vitroly inhibit the growth of SGC-7901,BEL-7402 and HL-60 tumor cells.IC 50 were 78.25,113.25 and 121.00(μg/ ml) respectively.No visible effect was found in P2,P3 and P4.Conclusion:Aetherolea(P1) is the effective antitumor components of Herba Lamiophlomis Rotata.
