应用神经细胞体外培养观察抗衰老中草药的作用

摘　　要：神经细胞在体外培养中，可以表现出类似休内神经细胞衰老过程中的变化，其中，神经细胞数量减少和其突起数量及分枝减少较为明显。本文以这些变化为基本指标，初步地观察了按中医药理论认为有延缓衰老作用的中草药对体外培养的人胚和鼠神经细胞裹老性变化的作用。实验中，不仅观察了单味药制剂的作用，还观察了自制的中草药合剂的作用。结果表明，单味药中五味子和酸枣仁促进鼠胚神经细胞体外生长最为明显，酸枣仁、当归和五味子均具有防止神经细胞数量减少的作用。In the culture in vitro,neurocytes showed the changes simnar to aging changes ofthe neurocytes in vivo. In these changes,neurocytes and their processes and branches decreased innumber.We used these changes as the basic indexes and observed the effects of Chinese HerbDrug(CHDs)that may proldng life according to Chinese traditional medicine theory on the aging-related changes of neurocytes in the culture. In the tests,we used not only the single CHDs but al-so a mixture of CHDs. The results indicate that fructus Schisandrae and semen Ziziphi spinosaemay promote the growth of mouse neurocytes in vitro and that semen Ziziphi spinosae, fructusSchisandrae and radix Angelcae sinensis may defend the decrease of mouse neurocytes in number.Each of the single CHDs may be effective is accelerating the growth of neurocyte processes andpreventing the decrease of the process branches. The mixture of CHDs may be effective is promot-ing the growth of human neurocytes and preventing the atrophy of the processes. It is not clearabout the mechanism of the effect.
