摘　　要：以金黄色葡萄球菌引起的兔背疮疡为模型，研究了４种不同基质（ａ凡士林；ｂ羊毛脂；ｃ麻油和蜂蜜；ｄ麻油、蜂蜜和月桂氮苯酮）对如意金黄膏疗效的影响。结果表明，敷药４８ｈ，ｄ组疗效明显优于其它组（Ｐ＿（ａｄ）＝Ｐ＿（ｂｄ）＜０．０１，Ｐ＿（ｃｄ）＜０．０５）；敷药７２ｈ，ｄ组疗效明显优于ａ，ｂ组（Ｐ＿（ａｄ）＜０．０５，Ｐ＿（ｂｄ）＜０．０１），其它均无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。Four kinds of excipient(a. vaselin;b.wool fat;c. sesame oil,mel;d.sesame oil ,mel,azone)and the effect on curative effect of Ruyi Jinhuang ointment were studied with the model ofStahhvlococcus aureous sore on rabbit.The results showed that the curative effect of group d wasbetter than that of others(P_(ad)=P_(bd)<0. 001,P_(cd)<0. 05) in the flrst 48 hours,and was particularlybetter than that of group a or b(P_(ad)<0.05 ,P_(bd)<0.01 ).There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in 72 hours.
