摘  要:本实验通过在正常及急性失血大鼠下丘脑外侧区(LH)注射人参单体皂甙Rb_1(Rb_1),以血压为指标,探讨了Rb_1的中枢性抗应激作用及其机理。在正常大鼠LH注射Rb_1μg,其平均动脉压(MAP)明显升高。在急性失血造成急性应激状态的大鼠,LH注射Rb_16μg后,其MAP上升程度显著高于正常给药组。同时血浆皮质醇测定结果显示,给Rb_1组明显高于对照组,而预先注射地塞米松后LH注射Rb_1则不再引起急性失血大鼠血压升高。提示LH注射Rb_1有明显的抗应激作用。The anti-stress effect of ginsenoside monomer Rb_1 and its mechanism of action onthe central nervous system were investigated in normal and acute hemorrhage rats. The Rb_1 wasinjected into the lateral hypothalamus area(LH)of the rats. The blood pressure was recorded.Af-ter injection of Rb_1 6.6 nmol into LH of normal rats ,the mean arterial pressure(MAP)increasedsignificantly. The method of acute hemorrhage rat was used to make animals in an acute stressstate。After Rb_1 6. 6 nmol was injected into LH of the rats ,the MAP raised significantly.The re-sults of the plasma cortisol concentration showed that the plasma cortisol concentration of inject-ing Rb_1 group was higher than that of saline control group.However intraperitoneal injection ofdexamethasone did not raise the MAP in acute hemorrhage rats after injecting of Rb_1 into LH. Rb_1exmhted obviously anti-stress effect.
